Prohibited & Authorized sales
Donations and empty product Always include at least one Discord role in your product offering, and opt for value-driven names like VIP Supporter instead of terms like donation.
Gambling, Lottery tickets, Casino chips Loot boxes appear to be tolerated for now, but the product description must clearly list all possible items.
Virtual currencies that can be exchanged for real money Do not use any images of real currency (such as banknotes or coins) to represent your virtual money. Do not use terms like money, coin, currency, or crypto, which may imply financial value or convertibility. Instead, use fictional names such as FizzyPoints, SnowStars, Gems, Crystals, Energy, Units to describe your digital rewards.
Native In-Game Item/Entity Images When showcasing native items or entities from games (e.g., Rust weapons, ARK dinosaurs, GTA vehicles), use AI-generated or original artwork, or a direct screenshot from the in-game inventory.
Registered trademarks (e.g., Nintendo, Pokemon, BMW cars, GUCCI clothing, etc.) The use of logos, branded products, branded name or any representation of registered trademarks is prohibited.
Drugs, sexual content, and illicit products Any imagery depicting drugs, real weapons, sexually explicit content, or illegal products is strictly forbidden.
Unbranded assets (e.g., vehicles, aircraft, dinosaurs, character skins, clothing, etc.)
Other virtual items (e.g., inventory objects, cosmetic skins, weapons (should not look like a real weapon), accessories, etc.)
Ranks and advantages (e.g., priority queue access, special permissions, etc.)

Product Image Guidelines
Product images must not infringe intellectual property rights or depict prohibited content.
Do not use:
Copyrighted or trademarked brand images.
Real-world brands (e.g., BMW, Gucci, Mercedes).
Images of drugs, weapons, or illegal products.
Photos of real money (banknotes or coins).
Even virtual representations of illegal or regulated items may trigger compliance reviews.
Only use original, licensed, or royalty-free visuals.
A good practice is to use AI-generated images exclusively.
Prohibited or Sensitive Keywords
Sellers must avoid using misleading, regulated, or trademarked terms in product titles and descriptions.
For example:
Do not advertise virtual currency using real-world currency values (e.g., “1000€” or “€500 package”).
Do not use registered brand names or trademarks without authorization (e.g., “Mercedes”, “PlayStation”, etc.).
Do not imply affiliation with third-party companies unless you are officially authorized.
Instead, use generic or fictional names for your digital products. For example, if your community is called “Rusty”, you may name your virtual currency “RustyCoins”.
Tip4Serv may use automated monitoring tools and manual reviews to ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and payment provider requirements.
Non-compliant products may be removed and the seller account may be restricted or suspended.
Best Practice for Selling Virtual Currency
Virtual items or digital rewards offered on Tip4Serv must not be presented as real money, financial assets, investment products, or transferable monetary instruments.
Sellers must not:
Represent virtual items as having real-world monetary value.
Suggest that virtual items are redeemable, refundable, exchangeable, or convertible into real currency.
Use imagery of real-world banknotes, coins, or financial instruments.
Imply that virtual items function as cryptocurrency, securities, or financial investments.
Virtual rewards must operate strictly within a closed-loop gaming environment and must be used solely for entertainment purposes.
Sellers are encouraged to use clearly fictional, non-monetary naming conventions (e.g., Gems, Crystals, Energy, Stars, Points, Units, etc.) to avoid confusion with real-world currency.
Each product description must clearly state: “Non-redeemable digital rewards used exclusively within our gaming environment for entertainment purposes. These items have no real-world monetary value.”
Donations and Empty Products Policy
Tip4Serv is a digital goods platform and not a fundraising or money-transfer service.
All products listed on a Tip4Serv store must correspond to a clearly defined digital product, service, or in-game benefit.
Pure monetary transfers, empty products, symbolic listings, or “donation-only” payments without a clearly described digital benefit are strictly prohibited.
Sellers must not create products with no defined content, vague descriptions, or no associated virtual benefit.
Each listing must clearly describe the digital item, access level, role, or in-game advantage provided to the buyer.
Stores that attempt to use Tip4Serv for personal fundraising, cash transfers, or undefined payments may be restricted or suspended.
