# How to get a refund?

**Tip4Serv does not make refunds** because it does not collect your money. 

You paid directly to the store owner, you must **contact your server administrator** or your community manager.

If you don't have a way to contact the store owner: [contact us](https://tip4serv.com/contact) **and mention your payment ID.**
