How to get a refund?

You bought a product on a store and you want to be reimbursed

Tip4Serv does not make refunds because it does not collect your money.

You paid directly to the store owner, you must contact your server administrator or your community manager.

If you don't have a way to contact the store owner: contact us and mention your payment ID.
