On this page, we'll go over some of the most common issues users have when setting up payment methods and explain how to fix them.
This happens when you have a young Paypal account or you have been receiving regular payments for a short time. Or after a period of inactivity.
Log in to your Paypal account and provide all the information requested to verify your account.
For Paypal to work properly, please verify your bank account. If you have a Paypal Business account, Paypal may ask you for your business registration, a tax number etc...
Sometimes you also have to manually accept payments for a certain amount of time when your account is young.
First transactions may be ON HOLD by Paypal for 21 days.
To avoid making your players wait, check the Force delivery boxes in MY GATEWAY
If you try to pay by entering the same email address that you use on your Paypal seller account then Paypal will make an error because you cannot pay yourself.
To perform a live payment test, simply specify another email address and pay as a guest by entering your credit card numbers.
If you receive your payments on your Paypal account but you do not see them in your Tip4serv dashboard: your players will not receive their product.
You have certainly changed the IPN address in your Paypal account.
Follow these steps and paste this url in Notification URL on your Paypal account:

If you get these errors:
The Paypal account associated with this store is restricted or the API keys are invalid.
We're sorry, but we weren't able to add this card. Try again later or add a different card.
Check that your application accepts debit card payments:

Also check if you need to provide information to Paypal such as verifying your bank account.
You certainly haven't completed the registration process on Stripe or Paypal.
These accounts sometimes need to be verified, log in to your Paypal or Stripe account and provide all the elements requested to become a verified user.
These documents can be an identity card or proof of address.
The payment form should appear once these elements have been validated by the company.
You cannot have multiple Stripe accounts connected to Tip4Serv. If you want to switch Stripe account for any reason follow these steps:
Disable Stripe in MY GATEWAY
Delete your Stripe account by following these steps
Activate Stripe in MY GATEWAY and fill in your new account information
