Donations and empty product Always include at least one Discord role in your product offering, and opt for value-driven names like VIP Supporter instead of terms like donation.
Gambling, Lottery tickets, Casino chips Loot boxes appear to be tolerated for now, but the product description must clearly list all possible items.
Virtual currencies that can be exchanged for real money Do not use any images of real currency (such as banknotes or coins) to represent your virtual money. Do not use terms like money, coin, currency, or crypto, which may imply financial value or convertibility. Instead, use fictional names such as FizzyPoints, SnowStars, Gems, Crystals, Energy, Units to describe your digital rewards.
Native In-Game Item/Entity Images When showcasing native items or entities from games (e.g., Rust weapons, ARK dinosaurs, GTA vehicles), use AI-generated or original artwork, or a direct screenshot from the in-game inventory.
Registered trademarks (e.g., Nintendo, Pokemon, BMW cars, GUCCI clothing, etc.) The use of logos, branded products, branded name or any representation of registered trademarks is prohibited.
Drugs, sexual content, and illicit products Any imagery depicting drugs, real weapons, sexually explicit content, or illegal products is strictly forbidden.
You must not use images that are copyrighted, represent real-world brands, illegal products (drugs), or depict real money. For example, avoid using photos of euro banknote bundles, a BMW car from FiveM, or a Gucci handbag. Always use original visuals or royalty-free content that does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
Images of drugs or weapons, even if virtual, can be taken from real objects by a Stripe agent.
You must not use keywords like "1000€" to promote virtual currency, nor should you use registered brand names such as "Mercedes." Always use generic or fictional terms instead. For example, if your community is called Rusty, you could name your virtual currency Rustycoins.
If you use prohibited keywords, your store may be automatically scanned by Stripe's system and flagged for manual review. This could result in restrictions or even the suspension of your payment processing.
Virtual currency must not be portrayed as real money or financial assets. Avoid using any images of real-world currency (e.g., banknotes or coins) to represent your in-game virtual economy.
Do not use terms like money, coin, currency, euros, dollars or crypto, which may imply financial value or convertibility. Instead, use fictional, non-redeemable names such as FizzyPoints, SnowStars, Gems, Crystals, Energy, Units, or Wonkoins... to describe your digital rewards.
These virtual items must remain non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for real money, and used exclusively within your game environment.
Please specify this in the product description: Non-redeemable digital rewards used solely within our platform for entertainment purposes.
Stripe doesn't like mixing your products with donations. Stripe may block your account if you allow donations in your stores.
Don't enable free donation option on your product and do not use words like "donation".
Your Tip4Serv page must be a real product sales store.
