What are Tip4Serv fees, and how are they charged?

Tip4Serv charges a 5% fee on all sales made through the platform. This fee is deducted from your sales to cover the costs of providing and maintaining the service. For example, if you earn £1,000, Tip4Serv will collect up to £50 in fees.

Why did I receive no funds for a recent transaction?

When a payment is intercepted for fees, you may not see it in your PayPal account. This is part of the process to ensure outstanding fees are cleared. However, you are still responsible for delivering the purchased product to the buyer.

Indeed, if the payment has been collected by Tip4Serv you will not be notified by Paypal, we therefore advise you to follow these tips:

• Enable Discord notifications via the notification settings to stay informed about all purchases.

• Tip4Serv sends you an email with each purchase so keep an eye on them.

I see a payment on Tip4Serv but why I don't see it on my Paypal account?

Tip4Serv occasionally intercepts payments to collect outstanding fees because PayPal does not allow us to take a commission directly from your transactions. This ensures that the platform can operate without requiring a subscription fee. Once the fee is settled, subsequent payments will be sent to your PayPal account as usual.

How can I check my outstanding balance for Tip4Serv fees?

Currently, there is no dedicated section in the dashboard to view your outstanding balance. However, you can contact Tip4Serv support to request this information. Enhancements to display this directly in your account are planned.

How does this system benefit me as a seller?

This system eliminates the need for a monthly subscription and reduces transfer fees, making it more cost-effective for sellers who experience variable sales volumes.

Can I get a breakdown of the fees taken?

Yes you just have to type "Tip4Serv fee" in the search in the list of payments.
